Admiralty Quarter offers a 24 hour Concierge service providing both security and a range of services to all residents. Based in the reception foyer at the base of Admiralty Tower, the duty Concierge can be contacted on 07825 600121 if out on site or by email

The Concierge has regular weekly meetings with the Managing Agents to review all issues and their main duties are outlined as below, however, they also deal with a multitude of other issues as they arise.


  • Regular patrol of development (at night time especially) to ensure access doors/bin store gates/side gate are kept closed and secure
  • Monitor on-site security systems
  • Control of access key fobs
  • Work closely with Police concerning any possible criminal activity and anti-social behaviour
  • Report all security issues to Police (when necessary) and Managing Agents


  • Deal with residents’ questions/problems
  • Liaise between residents and Managing Agents
  • Oversee communal areas/estate cleaners
  • Oversee contractors working on site
  • Hold post and parcels by agreement
  • Report all property issues to Managing Agents
  • Deal with complaints regarding anti-social behaviour
  • Read electric meters quarterly
  • Check all water pressure valves and “white cupboards” monthly
  • Emergency light testing monthly
  • Arrange taxis for residents
